!!! So glad you could make it !!!

This (as you've, likely, already guessed) is my home page.

Please
scroll on down as far as you can go, taking in the scenery along the way.

I'll meet you at the bottom and let you know what to do next.

Have a wonderful journey between here and there...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Upon awakening, thank God for another new day & ask Him to help you to live it to the fullest...
Stay curious about what's going on around you...
Celebrate what's beautiful about life...
.......while not acting blind to its faults and pretending that everything is hunky-dory...
Have the courage to speak out about wrongs while holding onto the dream of making things better...
Note: Due to copyright issues, you need to use the [CC] feature with this one, as there is no audio provided at this time.
Remember that there are times when the roles of teacher and taught get switched...
And there are times when help in making major decisions comes from the most unlikely sources...
Laughter is great medicine -- but only if you laugh WITH people instead of AT them!
It's been said that kindness is contagious -- so make a conscious decision to help create an epidemic!
Remember that we can make a difference by banding together....
.......but even a single person can make a positive difference (or a negative one -- but we're going with positive here!) with far-reaching effects!
Always remember that we don't have to be perfect to be used by God to make the world a better place (which is a good thing, because -- except for Jesus -- there has never been a perfect person in this mortal realm), so always be open to His calling you into His service! Don't let anyone convince you that you aren't good enough, because you are!!! Also, don't be counted among those who do the discouraging, but, instead, be like the minister in this song whose last thing to do before he died was to encourage another person who needed to turn her life around...
A reward for a good deed is, sometimes, this tangible (or even more so) -- not to mention happening so quickly -- in an actual material way...
There are even more times when the reward isn't material but, instead, emotional -- that is, the good feeling you get from seeing/imagining the reactions to something positive you've decided to do in order to make the world a little brighter!
What a thrill it is when you decide to do something nice for somebody and end up being a role-model and turning your single random act of kindness into something that gets done by others in a very short amount of time!!!
We need to lovingly celebrate both the positive things that we have in common and the positive things that we experience with a different point-of-view -- and, by doing this, we will end up with fewer negative things in the mix!!!
As Patrick Kline (Valedictorian of Fall Creek Heights Elementary 8th Grade Graduation -- Class Of 1967) said in his address: "Be part of the solution instead of part of the problem!" That's what I hope I'm doing my part to do with this website: making the world a better place -- or, at least, no worse! We've all been given a song to sing and a dance to dance!!! One more thing...Was Pat the Valedictorian or the Salutatorian? As I'm writing this on October 5, 2015 (almost half-a-century later), I can't recall for sure right now. All I know is that Pat has lived true to the words he spoke that evening, and I hope that I have, too...
Well!  We have reached the bottom, so you can go to Smooth Sailing to learn more about the rest of this website; go to Who Am I, Anyway!?! to find out more about me; scroll down a little further on this page to find information about a kind of annex to this home page; or do something entirely different (as in striking out on your own to see what else is here).
Most of the links on my website will create new windows.  When they don't, easy navigation will be supplied to get you back here to the home page again.
I hope you'll enjoy what you find here and will share it with others.
At this time, it's in the very early stages of construction, so please pardon (and, hopefully, get some enjoyment from) my dust...
May You Be Blessed!!!
P.S.
One more thing:
I've added a second part to this home page.  Right at the moment, it's a kind of thing like ones appendix, but, if you decide to go there, you will find out what its current role will be and what role it might play in the future...
